Duties and responsibilities:

You will be a pivotal part of the team, responsible for:

Creating strategic recruiting plans to ensure the company attracts top talent. This includes understanding the specific hiring needs and creating job descriptions for open positions.
Leverage various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to source candidates. Screen resumes, conduct telephone screenings and interviews, and assist in the selection and offer process.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and clients. This involves understanding client requirements and providing them with suitable candidates.
Manage the entire recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, gathering feedback, and finalizing agreements between candidates and employers.
Track recruiting performance and progress by developing and maintaining metrics. Use these metrics to improve the recruitment process and strategies.
Offer guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process, including preparing them for interviews and providing feedback. Ensure clients receive regular updates and support to meet their hiring needs.
Leverage LinkedIn to build connections and grow your network while at the same time promoting the USPs of Hope 4 Recruitment.
Familiarity with PeopleSoft, Salesforce, Workday, or Taleo is advantageous.
